What can I say but "Rockstar"! Chandan is one of those of those truly rare finds who bats way above his order in the batting line up so to speak. He is a talented developer but his value is more than that. He challenges and probes to fully understand the problem at hand and then comes up with creative, robust and efficient solutions. He is an independent thinker and constantly learning new technologies and growing in his experience and skill set. What makes him truly exceptional is how he takes ownership of a problem and not only deals with it entirely but then takes it to the next level to turn a problem into an opportunity. And he owns it from idea to solution design to delivery to operations and how to improve the solution beyond that. He is quite a remarkable character and incredible asset to any team. I have no doubt he will become a great leader too as he takes on those challenges and responsibilities in his future career.
